ELDR Party Political Activity - HSLS, Croatia: "Structural Reforms of Local and Regional Administration in Croatia - on the Way to Full EU membership"

This Conference, taking place at 10:00 on 14th May in Zagreb, will gather experts from local and regional self-government from Croatia and EU member countries with experience in the reform of local and regional government, which Croatia is required to implement as part of the EU accession process pursuant to the European Charter of Local Self-Government as adopted by the European Council and ratified by the Croatian Parliament.

Participants include, among others, Annemie Neyts-Uyttebroeck MEP, ELDR President, Jelko Kacin MEP, Ivo Vajgl MEP, Đurna Adlešić, Vice-Prime Minister of Government of the Republic of Croatia, Irma Pavlinič Krebs, Minister for Public Administration of the Slovenian Government, and other guests from state institutions, scientific community, citizens' associations as well as other local and foreign parties. The attendance of Croatian Prime Minister, Jadranka Kosor, and the Minister of Administration, Davorin Mlakar is also expected.
