ELDR Political Activities: Perspectives on Active Citizenship

ELDR member parties, Zares, Slovenia and HNS, Croatia, organised a joint conference about 'perspectives on active citizenship' on Thursday 5th November. The event brought together more than 50 participants from The Netherlands, Croatia and Slovenia in Otocec, Slovenia.

In the company of Dr. Vesna Pusić , ELDR Vice-President, HNS; Dr. Pavel Gantar, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, Zares; and Felicita Medved representative from the Institute Novum, participants discussed how to successfully promote active citizenship and debated relations between government and civil society in their respective countries. This event took place as part of the ELDR Party Political and Information Activities scheme.
