Council in Barcelona 19 November 2009

The ELDR Party Council convened in Barcelona, Catalonia on Thursday 19th November 2010 ahead of the ELDR Party’s annual Congress. The Council welcomed the Alliance for a New Kosovo as a new affiliate member and approved the application for a change of status from the United Democrats of Cyprus from observer to full membership. The Council also adopted the party’s budget for 2010 and appointed a new auditor.
