His name is Colin Eglin and not only is he the former leader of the liberal South African party, he also served as an MP through the terms of seven Prime Ministers and Presidents.Being “one of the architects of our democracy” Eglin continued to make his impact in parliament over the first 10 years of South Africa’s transition to democracy.
