ELDR Council-13th April 2007-Croatia

 The 53rd ELDR Council Meeting will take place on the 13th April 2007 in Zagreb, Croatia in The Regent Esplanade Hotel from 14.00 to 17.00. The programme continues on Saturday 14th April when representatives of liberal political parties from Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia, among others, will discuss the issue of EU integration of South East-Europe. Guest speakers at this Roundtable debate include Romanian Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu, who will present the experience of EU Integration of one of the newest EU member states, Romania. La victoire électorale des partis libéraux démocrates estoniens constitue la reconnaissance du bon travail accompli

 Les deux partis estoniens, membres du Parti Européen des Libéraux, Démocrates et Réformateurs (ELDR), le Parti Réformateur et le Parti Centriste, ont remporté une écrasante victoire lors des élections législatives du 4 mars dernier. Le Premier Ministre Libéral Démocrate Andrus Ansip du Parti Réformateur a remporté 27,8% des voix et le Parti Centriste dirigé par Edgar Savisaar, 26,1%.“La victoire électorale du Parti Réformateur et du Parti Centriste estoniens constitue la reconnaissance du bon travail accompli et des longues années de dévouement, d’engagement et de vision. Baisser les taxes tout en développant un large éventail de réformes sociales constitue une politique que l’on ne voit malheureusement pas beaucoup dans nombre des autres Etats membres de l’UE,” a commenté la Présidente du Parti ELDR Annemie Neyts.
