You believe that all individuals should be free to choose their life style and be free from restraint in speech or action, provided they do not harm others
You believe that EU countries should provide access to equal opportunities for all and combat discrimination on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability and sexual orientation. Heterosexual and homosexual couples should enjoy equal rights all over Europe.
You think the EU should continue to enlarge. Countries wishing to join must respect the rule of law and human rights, have a functioning market economy and accept the goals and rules of the EU.
You believe that global free trade can work and increase prosperity for all if companies worldwide respect a set of common minimum social and environmental standards
You believe that education is the most important investment that can be made in our future and that funding for research and development must be increased.
You want the EU to assume a leading role in promoting sustainable development and environmental protection at the global level
You believe the EU budget should be thoroughly reviewed with more money spent on stimulating growth and innovation and less money spent on agricultural production and export subsidies
You view the free movement of workers in the EU as positive and support a system of managed migration combined with active integration and employment policy for immigrants
You want the European governments to speak with one voice on the international scene and the EU Institutions and countries to coordinate their actions to reap the full benefits of Europe’s power and influence in the world.
You believe the EU should only act where it provides added-value in comparison to actions by national governments and support strong powers for local and regional authorities.
