Extraordinary Council in Brussels, Belgium on 7th December 2001 (16/12/2001)

The Council accepted full membership to three parties; Croatia People's Party (HNS) from Croatia, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms from Bulgaria, and the New Union from Lithuania. ODA from Czech Republic was accepted as affiliated member.
