Council in Helsinki, Finland on 3rd December 1999 (16/12/1999)

The Council approved the work programme for the period 2000-2004 at its meeting in Helsinki and discussed the proposal of holding just two Council meetings per year, ELDR activities in Central and Eastern Europe, fund raising, the new website and the need to focus on gender issues and to establish a women's network in the Liberal Democratic Party family.
